License terms
DRAFT — REQUIRES LEGAL APPROVAL
Granted right
A license is bound to an account, plan, duration and saved terms version. Before sale, the owner must approve the actual feature allocation of the current Windows release. Unlisted capabilities, specific model support and bypassing third-party restrictions are not promised.
Keys and devices
An activation key is redeemed once in a verified account. Device pairing requires user approval and server verification and follows the device limit saved with the license. Unlinking a device revokes its server tokens. Transfer rules and permitted-use boundaries require legal approval.
Status and history
License status is determined by the server. An administrator can extend, suspend, resume or revoke a license or change its plan with a recorded reason; critical actions are audited. The operator must approve the legal grounds, notice and appeal process.
Application integration
The website provides signed short-lived entitlements and a pairing API. This alone does not protect already released Windows copies: the current client requires separate production integration and owner verification. Sales must identify the compatible release.
