02Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows is the target platform. Exact versions, requirements and installation steps are published with a verified release.
03Do I need an internet connection?
Accounts, server license checks and cloud AI requests require a connection. Offline application features depend on the release.
04How do I install JARVIS?
Open Downloads. Installers are unavailable until a release is published. Each release includes a version, file size, SHA-256 and requirements.
05How do I activate a license?
Sign in with a verified account and redeem your key in My licenses. Keys are single-use and validated by the server.
06How do Lite, Default and Pro differ?
The owner has supplied the prices. Feature allocation requires separate approval and publication. Unlisted differences are not promised.
07What does lifetime access mean?
Lifetime means access for as long as the official JARVIS server infrastructure operates. There is no fixed calendar expiry date; operation after server shutdown and unlimited cloud AI are not promised.
08Are AI requests included?
Cloud requests, credits and quotas are accounted for separately. The gateway stays disabled until a provider and its commercial terms are approved.
09How do I renew?
Create an order for a period or contact support to extend a specific license. Remaining time is preserved and a lifetime license never becomes temporary.
10How do I move to another computer?
Unlink the old device in your account, then approve a new pairing code. The device limit recorded in your license terms applies.
11How do I recover my account?
Choose password recovery on the sign-in page. A single-use email link is delivered through configured mail. The response never discloses whether an account exists.
12How are purchases handled?
FunPay orders are verified by an administrator inside FunPay. Telegram requires a configured bot and a Stars price. Claims and screenshots do not confirm payment.
13Where can I get support?
Create a support ticket. Its number and replies appear in your account. Contact details are published only after the owner supplies them.
