The operator, jurisdiction, sales markets and final terms are not approved. These texts are not a completed agreement. The minor owner’s commercial setup requires a legal representative.

How to request

Create a support ticket with the order number, payment platform and reason. Do not send passwords, MFA recovery codes or payment secrets. Procedures, deadlines, statutory grounds and digital-content exceptions must be approved for the seller’s jurisdiction and buyer markets.

Verification and execution

FunPay: authorized staff verify the order and completed refund inside the platform. Telegram: Stars refunds use the official Bot API with the original payment identifier. A user claim or screenshot alone does not change payment state. No guaranteed refund deadline has been approved.

Access consequences

A confirmed refund revokes the license or period associated with that order. Other paid periods remain separate. A dispute may temporarily suspend the linked right with a recorded reason. The final policy must define notices, appeals and preservation of mandatory buyer rights.
