Meaning of lifetime

The Lifetime plan provides access for as long as the official JARVIS server infrastructure operates. The license has no fixed calendar expiry date; operation after official server shutdown is not promised. Before sales, define the product and versions covered, updates, transfer, support, product discontinuation and mandatory guarantees. This draft does not replace those terms with a promise that infrastructure will operate forever.

Cloud AI

A lifetime license does not mean unlimited free AI. Initial credits are finite; request, token and cost quotas and provider availability apply. Additional AI services and charges must be agreed separately. Cloud AI is disabled in the current configuration.

Limits and buyer rights

Suspension, revocation, refunds, support and product discontinuation consequences must be disclosed before purchase and comply with mandatory rights. The operator and legal representative must approve the final wording.
