Operator and scope
This draft covers JARVIS accounts, licenses, downloads and support. Before commercial launch, complete the operator’s legal name, address, country, contact, applicable law, sales markets and effective date. If the owner is a minor, an authorized legal representative must arrange commercial contracts and payment processing.
Account and security
Email accounts require a password and email verification. Telegram is linked only after verification by the official provider. Users must protect their sign-in credentials and report suspicious activity through support. Account profile fields cannot alter server roles or subscription rights.
Purchase and delivery
Features, duration, price and limits must be disclosed before purchase. The seller verifies FunPay payment inside the platform and binds it to a JARVIS order. Digital goods in Telegram use Stars, with a separate price displayed on the invoice. Buyer claims and screenshots do not verify payment. Public sales require configured payment methods and approved legal terms.
Use and changes
Permitted app use, automation restrictions, minimum age and grounds for ending access require approval for the chosen markets. Catalog changes do not rewrite the saved terms of existing licenses. Support requests are accepted through the account; no guaranteed response time is set yet. Mandatory consumer rights must be preserved.
